A native Floridian, Rodney spent time as a machinist and programmer before joining the used CNC sales division of the Florida Mazak dealer. He is married with two grown children who also reside in Florida.

How It Started
Established July 1998
ABL Technology was established by three original partners who had previously run the used CNC machinery division of the Mazak dealer here in Florida. The remaining two partners, Rodney Baker and Scot Abaray, have navigated the growth of ABL into an industry leader in the used CNC machine market.
Rod and Scot have used their diligent work ethic to craft strong business relationships throughout the industrial equipment market, building ABL Technology into the company it is today. The great working relationship between themselves and their team supports the opportunity to assist the manufacturing needs of clients all over the world, buying and selling equipment from Japan to Norway to the United Kingdom, and back to Florida.

Scot Abaray
Co-Founder & Partner
Born in New Jersey, Scot moved south to attend the University of Central Florida, graduating with a BA in Business Administration. He held management positions at two large companies before joining the Mazak dealer sales team in 1994. He is married and the father of two.

Jordan Toole
Warehouse Specialist
With ABL since 2010
Jordan runs the warehouse, controlling the flow of incoming and outgoing equipment. He also assists with the parts business operated through the ABL eBay store.
Yoli Abaray
Accounting, Marketing & eBay Manager
With ABL since 2016
Yoli handles ABL accounting and marketing responsibilities and manages the eBay store. A true jack of all trades, she keeps the entire operation on track.
